I recently had the pleasure of working with Poole’s Plumbing, and I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional service provided by Henry and Andrew. They came to descale my tankless water heater and replace my garbage disposal, and from start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional.

Henry and Andrew arrived promptly, explained the work they would be doing in detail, and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Based on strong referrals from two of my neighbors, I contacted Poole’s Plumbing for a proposal to replace my 40-gallon attic water heater with a tankless system. I also received proposals from two other plumbing companies, and Poole’s offered the most competitive estimate. More importantly, I felt confident and comfortable with their representative, who prepared a clear, detailed estimate outlining four solid options.

I even asked for a second site visit to clarify the placement of the unit, which was scheduled promptly and handled professionally. Throughout the process, Makayla in the office kept me fully informed and was a pleasure to work with.

Installation was scheduled quickly. Henry and Andrew arrived right on time and worked through most of the day. As someone who’s a bit OCD about home projects, I was thoroughly satisfied with their workmanship, attention to detail, and the time they took to explain the system. The new condensing and recirculating tankless unit was up and running smoothly by the end of the day.

The following day, the installation passed inspection by Johnston County without a hitch—the inspector even commented on the quality of the work.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the new system. It’s efficient, reduces our wait time for hot water, and helps save both water and gas. I can wholeheartedly recommend Poole’s Plumbing. They’re professional, competent, and truly easy to work with from start to finish.

Came out same day to diagnose a leak in my ceiling, literally within hours. Dylan specifically did a fantastic job of figuring out that it wasn't a bathroom leak, but a roof leak. He was all over trying to find the issue. Ended up finding a terminated vent that was filling with water, he fixed it then and there for a reasonable price. I would have NEVER figured that out. Took some creative thinking. Definitely recommend these guys.

City of Raleigh refused to come out to inspect a leak that was soaking my lawn with waste water. Since it was in my yard and not puddling in the street, they said it was my problem and told me to call a plumber. My friend recommended Poole's.
I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind these folks are! From the on-call technician, Joe, to Supervisor Tim Carlin (aka: Superhero), who stayed on City of Raleigh for a WEEK until he got them to come out and repair the leak on their main line. In the midst of it all, I had to leave town and Tim assured me he would see it through. He even stayed in touch with my HOA president with updates. KUDOS to this team!

most time it is very good to listen to your instinct, after i failed several times trying to trade on my own many told me it is never profitable but i didn't listen and i went for further research and behold i was referred to Mrs Alicia Malone who help me to trade and manage my account and believe me i have made a lot from this. i appreciate her so much and i will also use this medium to encourage those who are giving up to give her a try and you will see how great she works.. contact her on

I had a problem with my Rinnai hot water heater. Poole’s came out the same day I called them, diagnosed the problems, fixed everything, and charged me a fair price for the work. Wonderful, honest people.

Highly recommend! They got me on the schedule quick and were earlier than expected on the day of my appointment. The gentlemen were polite and respectful of staying socially distant. It did not take them very long to replace and fix the outdoor water faucets. They explained what they needed to do and it did not cost near as much as I was expecting! Very pleased with my service!

Sorry if this posts twice. Poole's was recommended to me last night to replace a hot water heater. I called @ 7:10 this morning and spoke with Carrie. She was able to give me a quote on the phone after I sent pictures to her. The installers were here @ 11:20 to work. Blake and Cory were super nice and helpful- they answered my MANY questions!! The price was way better than the first company I contacted and the job was finished in half the time I was quoted from the other company. So glad to find a reliable plumbing company!

Had these folks install a new hot water heater in my home. Has been a fantastic experience. The sales guys and install team were both very through. Great craftsmanship, and worked within the time frame I was given. They even went out of their way to reschedule inspections so the job would be done faster. I got a fair price versus similar outfits, and PSNC. PSNC was actually the cheapest, but salesmen never sent me a quote. Plus, let’s face it, utility company will do half a** work.
