UPDATE: We had a leak under our house this week and we called Poole's again. They came out and fixed the issue quickly and for a reasonable price. We received the same friendly service as last time. Poole’s Plumbing did an excellent job replacing 2 leaking shutoff valves under our kitchen sink. The entire process was very professional from scheduling the appointment to the service itself. Everyone I dealt with was friendly as well as honest about pricing from the start. They communicated clearly through the entire process. We are very pleased with Poole’s Plumbing and will call them again with any plumbing needs.

Poole’s recently replaced our under the house hot water heater. John and his assistant did an excellent job. The process of getting a quote went very smoothly and the hot water heater was installed the next day. Plumbing repairs are never inexpensive, but after checking around, the price that Poole’s quoted us was competitive with other local companies.
