I had my tankless water heater checked and Dylan and Cam did a great job, and explained me everything I asked. Very professional service, it clearly shows they are very qualified. Totally recommend their service.

Great experience today with Pooles Plumbing. Henry did some work on my Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. He is an expert and quickly found and took care of the issue. Fair pricing and great service, all I can ask for.

UPDATE: We had a leak under our house this week and we called Poole's again. They came out and fixed the issue quickly and for a reasonable price. We received the same friendly service as last time. Poole’s Plumbing did an excellent job replacing 2 leaking shutoff valves under our kitchen sink. The entire process was very professional from scheduling the appointment to the service itself. Everyone I dealt with was friendly as well as honest about pricing from the start. They communicated clearly through the entire process. We are very pleased with Poole’s Plumbing and will call them again with any plumbing needs.

Poole’s recently replaced our under the house hot water heater. John and his assistant did an excellent job. The process of getting a quote went very smoothly and the hot water heater was installed the next day. Plumbing repairs are never inexpensive, but after checking around, the price that Poole’s quoted us was competitive with other local companies. The peace of mind that comes with knowing the job is done right makes the cost worth it. I would recommend Poole’s to others.

We had Chris and Dennis out today to install a toilet. Both of them were very knowledgeable worked very quickly and did a wonderful job. It was seamless from the minute. I called into the service center to the time that they drove out of my driveway. I will call them again and again and again for anything that we need. I will also mention that they did install a water heater for us approximately three years ago on a Saturday morning when we woke up to a flood in our garage, they were here within an hour and installed our water heater again we were very impressed with what they did. Don’t hesitate.to Give them a call. They treat you like family and don’t overcharge you for their services.

Had both Andrew and Tom come out and these guys were fantastic. We had a toilet that was just giving us hell, it would not flush and would back up and these guys came in and literally within 30 minutes had us up and running and good to go.
