Henry and Cody replaced my hot water heater. They did exceptional work. They arrived on time and were very professional and polite. They gave me helpful hints on the upkeep of my new hot watered heater.

We’ve had a tankless heater for 10 years and learned more yesterday from Henry than we ever were told when the house was built. Of importance, Henry got our issue diagnosed and hopefully working long enough for the needed repair part to arrive. Very helpful and competent.

Poole’s Plumbing did a great job of bringing our house up to code…. Joey did a fantastic job of relocating our fridge line to another wall and reworking our sink connection…. went from a drop in sink to a farm house sink and added a water filtration system…. Would recommend them if your need of a plumber.
