Poole’s won us over with their friendly, responsive customer service and their extremely competitive pricing. Henry and Andrew were professional and courteous. They worked diligently to get the water heater installed, explained every step of the process and were so kind and considerate of our home, the family and even had a kind word for our dogs. Poole's came out to our business next day to service an ongoing problem that two other plumbing companies had tried at before. They quickly solved the issue, but more importantly they explained along the way and discussed next steps to avoid this going forward.
