Needed a replacement gas valve from a unit that was only two years old. I was bummed that it needed attention so soon, but the technicians from Poole's Plumbing came through. They were knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and helped me out in big way. In and out in a couple hours. I'll be recommending to friends and family!

Poole's came out to our business next day to service an ongoing problem that two other plumbing companies had tried at before. They quickly solved the issue, but more importantly they explained along the way and discussed next steps to avoid this going forward. Pricing was fair too so I plan to call them first for any future issues.
