We had Chris and Dennis out today to install a toilet. Both of them were very knowledgeable worked very quickly and did a wonderful job. It was seamless from the minute. I called into the service center to the time that they drove out of my driveway. I will call them again and again and again for anything that we need. I will also mention that they did install a water heater for us approximately three years ago on a Saturday morning when we woke up to a flood in our garage, they were here within an hour and installed our water heater again we were very impressed with what they did. Don’t hesitate.to Give them a call. They treat you like family and don’t overcharge you for their services.

Had both Andrew and Tom come out and these guys were fantastic. We had a toilet that was just giving us hell, it would not flush and would back up and these guys came in and literally within 30 minutes had us up and running and good to go. Excellent service from start to finish. The installers were professional, courteous, and very accommodating. There was a communication mix-up about the toilet model, but they stopped and contacted the office to confirm rather than installing the wrong one. Once the issue was clarified, they arranged to have the correct dual-flush toilet brought directly from the warehouse and completed the replacement properly. They were patient and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciated their attitude and willingness to make things right. Great work and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

Andrew at Poole's fixed our issue of lack of hot water in 3rd floor shower. We had talked to 2 other plumbers about the issue of not getting reliable hot water in attic shower from tankless water heater. They did not solve our problem. Andrew figured out that we needed to adjust the flow restrictor on the shower head as the flow rate was too low to ignite water heater burner. He fixed our issue quickly and inexpensively with a minimum of fuss. My husband is back to enjoying long, hot showers. Will definitely be using Poole's again for our future plumbing needs.

Lost plumbing service after one of the water pipe/shut-off valves under my kitchen sink broke off in an accident. Poole's Plumbing came on the same day I called and fixed it. Will call them again if the need arises.

Henry and Cody replaced my hot water heater. They did exceptional work. They arrived on time and were very professional and polite. They gave me helpful hints on the upkeep of my new hot watered heater.

We’ve had a tankless heater for 10 years and learned more yesterday from Henry than we ever were told when the house was built. Of importance, Henry got our issue diagnosed and hopefully working long enough for the needed repair part to arrive. Very helpful and competent.
